01:01It was so juicy because I'm from Baguio and it's a relatively conservative city.
01:08Yeah. You know, so every time I would pick up a COSMO, I would be so baffled of all the
01:14things I'd read.
01:15I'm like, this is spicy. Why are they hooking up with the co-workers?
01:20I was like, okay, so this is COSMO.
01:22They're empowered, they're strong, they're like women who talk about sex.
01:28But they're also like career women.
01:30Career women, career advice.
01:32So that was like my first COSMO.
01:36Yeah.
01:36Like that is my definition of a COSMO girl.
01:38Like a strong, empowered woman working her ass off in a career that she loves.

01:47I don't know.

01:55So what does it feel like to be a COSMO girl today in 2026?

02:02I think to me, how I would define a COSMO girl is she has a mind of her own.

02:09She's ambitious.
02:11She has a career.
02:12She wants to get far.
02:14She chooses her relationships right.

02:18She's in a relationship.
02:19She's not in a relationship.
02:21She's still figuring things out.
02:22She's like in the middle, in her like single era.
02:25That's what I think a COSMO girl is now.
02:27You know, like very city girl, metropolitan, hustling.
02:32So it's really her.
02:34Is that her?
02:34I think it's still the same essence of a COSMO girl.

02:39Just like, I guess more digital now.

02:42So second question.
02:43You've shared before that you manifested your Miss International way.
02:48Can you tell us like a quick background on how you manifested that?
02:52I mean, I manifested it because I visualized wearing the crown for like a year.
02:58Like every day and every morning, I would visualize just having the crown.
03:03But I didn't just visualize it.
03:05I worked hard for it.
03:06Like I worked my ass off.
03:08That's important.
03:08That's like my second ass this interview.
03:10So let's put an ass counter.
03:13Yeah.

03:14So what are you manifesting now?
03:17Or are you evil eyeing it?
03:19I'm doing both.
03:20I'm doing the most.
03:21I'm doing everything.
03:22I'm manifesting and putting the evil eye.
03:24Yeah.
03:24I want more success for the businesses.
03:26I want it to grow as far and as big and as wide as they can.
03:31I guess I would use manifesting as visualizing.
03:35Like I visualize how I want my day to be.
03:37But you cannot just manifest and lay in bed guys.
03:40Like you have to put in the work.
03:42Like a goal post.
03:44But you still have to put in the work for you to get it.
03:46Yeah.
03:46You cannot not just stay in bed.
03:48You know?
03:48It's not just lighting candles.
03:50Saying a mantra.
03:52With your stones and everything.
03:53Like you need to get your ass off.
03:55Ass count three.

03:58So last question.
03:59What piece of advice would you give Gen Z Cosmo girls who are still figuring things out?
04:04It's okay not to have it figured out 100% all the time.
04:09It's okay to make mistakes.
04:11Especially if you're in your 20s.
04:14I feel like your 20s are the time for you to explore.
04:18To make mistakes.
04:19But don't you set as accused that I'm going to make mistakes.
04:21You know?
04:22That's wrong.
04:23But be smart girls.
04:24Because when you hit your 30s.
04:26That's the time that all your decisions will kind of feel real.
04:32And then everything you did in your 20s is what happens in your 30s.
04:36So I feel like it's okay to make mistakes.
04:39This is the time where you have to learn how to add value to yourself.
04:44Like do as much as you can.
04:46Learn as much as you can.
04:47Meet as much people as you can.
04:49Learn all the skills that you can.
04:50Oh, you want to try this hobby?
04:52Oh, it's not for me.
04:53That's fine as long as you tried it.
04:55But then on your 30s is the time where you start to decide,
04:58Who am I really?
05:00So it's the time of removing,
05:01Okay, this is not for me.
05:03Okay, maybe this friend is not for me.
05:04This belief pattern was not for me.
05:07And then you gradually start, you know, to form yourself.
05:12I feel like that's my point of view.
05:14It's like being intentional about what you do in your 20s.
05:18Because it filters out what's set for you in your 30s.
05:22Exactly.
05:22It's so funny.
05:23But like I've always heard this term being intentional.
05:26And during my 30s, I only understand.
05:31Because in my 20s, I was like, I want to do things for fun.
05:35Like everything is just for fun, for fun, for fun, for experience.
05:37And it's so valid.
05:38It's so valid to do everything for fun.
05:41Super valid.
05:42I still do things for fun.
05:43As long as you're having fun, I think it's a win.
05:45But you have your whole life ahead of you.
05:49And you want to build the future in front of you without having to be there.
05:54So being intentional of what you do for your future self.
05:58And your future self will thank you.
