00:00England fans were in high spirits ahead of their match against Czechia in Prague, where the Three Lions were ultimately
00:08victorious, beating the home team by two goals to nil.
00:12But the footballing world is being clouded by the guilty verdict on Manchester City's alleged 114 charges. So what do
00:22England fans think about the City situation and what sanctions should be held against Manchester City if their appeal is
00:30unsuccessful?
00:30It was about time and it's obvious that they've cheated, so they should get a hefty fine or points deduction
00:39or something like that.
00:40I'm an Everton fan, so we've been through this where we had points deducted for what seems on paper far
00:45less. But it's a shame for the sport really in general that it comes to this.
00:50They've been a great team over the last 10 years and with a great manager. And to be clouded in
00:54these charges is a real shame.
00:58But you can't allow it to continue because if they don't punish them, it'll happen again. And it's probably happening
01:04at other clubs, just not being brought to the front like it has with Man City.
01:08We'll see. They should act swiftly, though. I mean, it's taken way too long. So if they act swiftly and
01:15it's got to be fitting for the crimes that they've done.
01:17So I think it will drag on for years. I think there's an inevitability with that. They can't go to
01:23the court of arbitration of sport.
01:25So that's why there might be a little more expediency. But I can imagine clubs suing them, adding for night
01:31and for many years yet.
01:32So we'll see what happens. I hope they get relegated, to be honest. I think that's the just thing to
01:36do.
01:36Stripping away titles, I'm not so sure the merits of that. I think let them have the titles, but start
01:42again in League Two is what I'd like to see happen.
