00:19Six minutes and 12 seconds later, the Volkswagen Passat turned onto the wrong side of the A66.
00:25The pursuing police vehicle did not follow it onto the wrong carriageway.
00:30Its blue lights were turned off, while another police vehicle,
00:33carrying PC Tom Clough and PC Matthew Blades, was travelling correctly.
00:38The vehicles collided 17 seconds later.
