00:30And we've lost some of our control over immigration. Brexit has done more harm than good.
00:44We need to restore a higher level of growth and prosperity for Britain.
00:51So I will take the opportunity around the summit to lay out to you, to lay out to the country,
00:57what I believe the different options are for Britain's long-term relationship with our European partners.
01:05And there are different options.
01:06And I will see if we can find consensus around one, which will give us clarity about our position and
01:17the future of the continent that we live in.
