In June 2021, on her fourth attempt, ultra-runner Sabrina Verjee set a new FKT (fastest known time) for completing a continuous road of the 214 Wainwright fells in the Lake District, finishing her journey of 525km and 36,000m of ascent in five days, 23 hours and 49 minutes. Presented by The Endurance Creative, a collaboration between the film’s director Steve Ashworth and Summit Fever Media, All for One chronicles Sabrina’s personal quest and the contributions of her dedicated support team, and puts on display the Lakeland landscape that she ran through.

00:10I don't have any natural ability, I don't think. I really don't. Like, I can't sprint for a bus.
00:18It's embarrassing. I could think anybody on the street would beat me over that short a distance.
00:24I've always thought if someone was chasing me, I'd just get left. I'd have to learn to turn and fight.
00:29Sabrina's sort of tough and as focused as anyone I know on doing it.
00:34She's obviously set her mind to it and nothing was going to stop her in the end.
00:40Whatever many goes it took, she was going to manage to come along and break the record.
00:44At the end of the day, I'm there to enjoy it and I want all the people around me to
00:49enjoy it.
00:50And it is actually something that relaxes me.
00:54So, at work, you know, you're concentrating, you're quite focused at work and it can be stressful.
01:02I work very hard, I'm very motivated.
01:04And then I like to, you know, work hard, play hard and my running is my playing hard.
01:09It, to me, is a collective effort to push these records higher, to see what can possibly be done on
01:19something like this.
01:20And to feel, rightly so, that they were a part of that achievement.
01:25And I only got told off once, for the descent of Cloughhead.
01:28Because it didn't go to the exact, the right fence post.
01:31We were about 20 yards too far to the left.
01:34So, and she was like, when I'm 10 minutes over my schedule later, it'll be your fault.
01:38I was like, thanks mate, cheers.
01:40I was like, you know, I need to, A, complete this without any physical assistance in whatever time.
01:47I would have been happy with nine days, whatever.
01:50Just so that it could have a time where SABS has just completed the Wayne rights with no physical assistance.
01:54But I did also want to be, what I had said I could do, what I knew I could do,
01:59which is the six days.
02:00I really wanted to do that.
02:26masqu隻 could also have a long run run run run run run run run run run run run run run
02:27run run run run run run run run run run.
02:33And back there were fourth days, this is a day, but this is the most possible thing because actually the
02:34building is full of theses…
02:34But you know my life what, the prices have takeaway?
02:34That this has been a disaster, a lot of stuff that wasverted.
02:34Does this mean I can't, you know, there's a lot of things in your life like race.
