00:04sa mga Chinese fishing boat malapit sa Cota Island, sa Kalayaan Island Group sa Palawan.

00:16Tinaboy ng mga nakadistinong PCG personnel sa Cota Island, sa Kalayaan Island Group,

00:22pang isang Chinese fishing boat na lumapit at nagbaba ng mga samban o mas maliliit na fishing boat

00:28sa palibot ng isla na sakop ng Kalayaan Island Group.

00:32Ito'y nangyari kahapon na kinumpirma naman ng Philippine Coast Guard.

00:47Agad naman daw umalis sa mga samban na umabot raw sa 24 ang bilang na pumalibot sa isla

00:54at hindi raw ito sumagot sa radio challenge.

00:58It will also be a possibility to survey what are the activities that we're doing in Cota Island

01:09Hindi naman sila naglay ng net, hindi rin naman sila kumuha ng nagbagsak ng mga fishing gears nila.

01:22Samantala, papunta ng Batanes ang BRP Teresa Magbanwa para bantayan ang namataang Chinese research vessel na namataan doon.

01:31Nakita na nagmamalagi ito 37 hanggang 38 nautical miles mula Itbayat, Tazambales.

01:38Matatandang dati ng sinabi ng Chinese Embassy na legal ang pananatili ng nasabing research vessels

01:43dahil sakop daw ang dagat na ito ng jurisdiction ng China.

01:48Ang naging pahayag raw ng Chinese Embassy, ayon kay Tariela, isang kumpirmasyon na inaangkin nga talaga ng China

01:55ang Batanes bilang bahagi ng kanilang teritoryo.

02:00Kailangan talaga daw bantayan ang nasabing lugar, ayon kay Tariela,

02:03dahil na dyan mismo dumadaan ang mga tinatawag na undersea communication infrastructure

02:09o yung mga submarine cables na nagdurugtong ng communications infrastructure ng Pilipinas papuntang mainland Asia.

02:18Kahapon naman ay nagdeploy ang PCG sa may Cabra Island sa Occidental Mindoro

02:23dahil sa pagalagala roon ng CCG vessels.

02:26Na-monitor din ang PCG na meron ding tatlong warship ang People's Liberation Army Navy malapit sa isla.
