01:36First time, our Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated an important reform through Mission Karma Yogi,
01:44the Capacity Building Commission.
01:47I got Karma Yogi and Vunnati creating an integrated capacity building ecosystem.
01:54I really appreciate Honourable Prime Minister for this extraordinary initiative.
02:01Because of that, secondary grade teacher has passed 400, 4,200 courses as are now.
02:10She got all India level 14,500 credits.
02:14Without this platform, it is impossible to achieve this.
02:18That is the capacity she has built.
02:22The objective is not online training.
02:25If you can go through, it is online training.
02:29Earlier, we had offline training.
02:33Now, both we had to think, virtual training is a reality, or online course is a reality.
02:41And also, physical training, institutions, if you can integrate, then that is the future.
02:48And also, I am recommending here, they are working in that direction, quality of training.
02:53Even every, as Chief Minister, I have to train my people, down below, who are all working.
02:58Then, only with that capacity building, I can produce outcomes.
03:02Otherwise, it is very difficult.
03:05Even every secretary, every head of the institution, or unit in charge, has to train his subordinates.
03:15Then, only this will be full pledge.
