00:21Yesterday, J. Shankar voiced concern over repeated attacks on commercial shipping and seafarers in the Gulf
00:28and the Red Sea in recent months, saying such attacks disrupt maritime commerce and have
00:34caused innocent lives. After a session on seafarer safety on the sidelines of the UNJ,
00:40India and Liberia announced establishing a group of friends to draw global attention to seafarers'
00:47issues. Now during the briefing, J. Shankar hit back at a Pakistani journalist who attempted to
00:52question him about terrorism. The Pakistani reporter asked,
00:56Can you tell us when your government will stop sponsoring terror in Pakistan?

01:03A terrorist country is asking me that question.

02:18So, that was J. Shankar at the UN. He is also mentioned of the group of friends.

02:31and S. J. Shankar, where the Pakistani journalist, in fact, raised the question about terror in Pakistan
02:37and retortedly, J. Shankar responded saying, how can a terrorist country ask that to a country like India?
