00:00Alright, so you're trying to build a custom army, but you don't want to spend a fortune doing it.
00:05I went down the rabbit hole and found the top 5 soldier action figures for custom armies,
00:10and honestly, the prices on these are kind of ridiculous in a good way.
00:14Let's get into it.
00:16First up, the FM-1 100th which from Mercury Aerial Mecha Model Kit.
00:21Now, I know it's a mecha and not a traditional soldier, but hear me out,
00:25the articulation and detail on this thing make it a perfect centerpiece for a sci-fi custom army.
00:30It even comes with water stickers and a display bracket, so you can pose it mid-battle right out of
00:35the box.
00:36At $26.77 with almost 4,800 sold and a 4.7 rating, it's the priciest one on this list,
00:44but if you want a heavy hitter that'll make your army look legit, this is it.
00:49Next, the 40-piece World War II military building block set.
00:53This is the one if you're going for volume 40 soldiers with weapons,
00:57ready to assemble and customize however you want.
01:00That's an instant squad for just $9.10.
01:04It's got a 4.8 rating and over 4,700 sold, which tells you people are buying these in bulk
01:10for exactly this reason.
01:12Dollar for dollar, you're not gonna beat this for filling out your ranks.
01:16Third, we've got the Ninja War Machine Lloyd War Armor Mech Mini Model.
01:21This one's a little different, it's more of a mech suit vibe, and it's compatible with standard building blocks,
01:26so you can mix and match it with other sets.
01:29At just $3.94 with a 4.7 rating and roughly 4,500 sold, it's a steal.
01:36If you want a specialized unit or a squad leader type figure, grab a few of these and you've got
01:41a whole elite division for pocket change.
01:44Fourth on the list is the GP201 Lich King Medieval Roundtable Knights set.
01:49If your custom army leans medieval or fantasy, this is your goldmine, knights, armor, anime-style bricks, all-in-one
01:55collection.
01:57It's $5.01 with a 4.8 rating and over 4,000 sold.
02:01The detail on these little figures is way better than the price suggests, and they scale nicely with other block
02:07figures,
02:08so you can build a mixed era army if that's your thing.
02:11And finally, the 13 action figure Titan Multi-Jointed Movable Robot.
02:16This one comes fully assembled, which is huge if you don't feel like building anything.
02:21It's got multi-jointed articulation, so you can pose it in basically any battle stance, and it's only $2.91.
02:29With a 4.7 rating and over 3,300 sold, it's the cheapest way to add a flexible, shapeshifting robot
02:35unit to your army.
02:37At that price, just grab a handful.
02:40So there you go 5 figures that'll bulk up your custom army without wrecking your budget.
