Sheheryar Munawar as Abu Bakar :

Abu Bakar is a simple guy who lives and lets live. His brought up by his mother, Khushbakht, has a great impact on his personality.
He believes in forgetting past and discussing ideas rather than people.

Dur-e-fishan Saleem as Zaryab :

Zaryab is a carefree girl who enjoys her liberal lifestyle. She sees her future with her best friend, Zamil and is really hopeful in life.
Youngest in all three sisters, she is close to her grandmother.

Nameer Nawaz Khan as Zamil :

Zamil is a privileged guy who lives a happy-go-lucky life as his closest friend, Zaryab. He’s good in academics and gets admissions in a top American school

Sahar Hashmi as Bella

Khushbakht aka Bella is a loving girl. Her life takes a U-turn when she falls for her tuition teacher and chooses him as her life partner.

One innocent mistake costs her happiness while leaving her in a loveless household with a hateful mother-in-law and a spineless husband.

Romaisa Khan as Hamna

Hamna is a young girl belonging to the lower strata of the society. Her story starts when she meets Abu Bakar and elopes from her house to marry him

Dar-e-Nijaat is a drama about love, sacrifice and forgiveness. In a beautifully created world by Umera Ahmed, Zaryab and Zamil are best friends who are living their fairytale lives.

As Abu Bakar is aware of what the society would do to her after this, he leaves her at the near madrassah, where she stays till she meets Zamil.

Time moves and their stars do not align; Zaryab’s dreams are shattered and Abu Bakar – a thoughtful son of a tired mother - crosses her path. Unknown of their journey, both move in a direction where they might not end up fulfilled. The drama talks about the doors that love opens for us and its endless possibilities.
