00:05It is an honor to stand here today on a ground that will soon be become an institutions of health,

00:27And I am grateful to the Honorable Chief Minister for his presence here today.
00:37Earlier this morning, I went to Taligat and prayed to Ma for Shakti, the strength to lead with courage.
00:55For Icha Shakti, the will to dream boldly and for Kriya Shakti, the energy to execute fearlessly.
01:11And I left with one thought, great moments of possibility demand great responsibility.
01:26Bengal is living through such a moment, and at the center of this moment is a leader entrusted with turning
01:38those possibilities into a progress.
01:51Honorable Chief Minister, yours is the story of a real Bhumiputra, a son of the soil,
02:00on whom the people of this state have a massive expectation for jobs, for infrastructures, for educations, for healthcare, and
02:18for opportunity.
02:20Under your leaderships, I have every reason to believe, Bengal will redefine the possibilities ahead of her.

03:47And today, India is looking east once again with hope that Bengal will renew its strength as she writes her
04:01next great chapter.
04:04My dear friends, we at Adani want to help build that chapter alongside the people of Bengal.
04:16And today, our commitment begins with the Adani Aarugya Mandir.
04:23The Adani Aarugya Mandir will be a world-class, not-for-profit medical institutions
04:38that will have 2,000 beds, with 1,000 beds catering to the economically weaker section of society,
04:51eligible under state and central health insurance schemes.
04:56And at the heart of these institutions will be a medical college, supported by advanced research and care facilities.
05:08This will be laid the foundations for a highly skilled healthcare workforce for Bengal.
05:17We will invest over 4,000 crore rupees in this hospital, college, and research facility.
05:30And this institution is expected to generate over 10,000 jobs across the healthcare ecosystem of the state.
05:42However, my dear friends, building a stronger Bengal must go beyond any one institution.
05:52While healthcare can transform individual lives, infrastructure can transform the opportunities available to millions.
06:04And this is where our larger commitment to Bengal begins.
06:11At the Adani Group, infrastructure is the heart of what we do.
06:18And no place in India has Bengal's extraordinary combinations of geography, talent, and economic potential.
06:33Bengal is the natural, maritime, and logistic bridge, connecting India's vast industrial heartland and the northeast with the Bay of
06:46Bengal.
06:48Bengal is also the best positions to connect with the maritime trade routes deep into Southeast Asia and beyond.
07:00This gives Bengal a structural advantage few regions can match, and the potential to become not just a gateway, but
07:14also one of Asia's greatest integrated industrial and economic platform.
07:21And when this platform connects and expands, something powerful happens, in and around Bengal.
07:35What strengthens logistics, logistics attracts industries, industries driving manufacturing, manufacturing needs energy.
07:50Energy, energy enables digital infrastructures, and digital infrastructure brings in the industries of the future.
08:02And most importantly, jobs multiply.
08:09It is with these convictions that we expect to invest in Bengal over 1 lakh crore rupees by 2035 in
08:21sectors spanning ports, logistics, power generations, power transmissions and distributions, roads, bridges, ropeways,
08:36green cements, and hyperscale data centers.
08:41However, my friends, progress cannot be measured only in kilometers of roads, megawatts of power, or rupees invested.
08:56Our society must also care for its people.
09:00Our society must also care for its people and protect the culture, memories, and institutions that give it identity.
09:10And Bengal's identity.
09:12And Bengal's identity is precious, its gods, its architecture, its art, its literatures, its festivals.
09:25These are not separate from Bengal's development.
09:30They are part of what makes Bengal worth building for.
09:35And therefore, alongside our industrial and healthcare initiatives, we are also committed to supporting the restoration of historic writers' building,
09:50the revitalization of Kumartuli Ghat, and initiatives that showcase the art of Kolkata's, Durga Puja's to the world.
10:09My dear friends, three decades ago, our pot in Munra in Gujarat became our first karma bhoomi in the West.
10:21This morning, as I pray to Maa at Kaligat, I ask for our blessings that Bengal becomes our second karma
10:35bhoomi in the East.
10:41Because for me, Bengal is not simply an investment destination.
10:51It is a place where I want to build, to sow, and most importantly, to belong.
