00:18So patatapos-tapos lamang ng Day 27 ng impeachment trial laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte

00:23and today, ang taga-SEC, Securities and Exchange Commission,

00:27yung nag-testify at sinabi niya, number one, that the President, the Vice President

00:32has at least 18 na mga companies na associated with her.

00:38So baka siya importante?

00:40Kasi ang allegasyon ng prosecution sa Articles of Impeachment

00:47dapat ay walang business interest si Vice President Sara Duterte simula noong 2022.

00:56Pero ayon kay Atty. Gerardo Del Rosario, based on records sa SEC,

01:03ay meron mga labing walo na mga kumpanya na kung saan ay si Vice President Sara Duterte

01:09ay stockholder or incorporator.

01:13Number two, yung mga kumpanya na yun, ilan doon ay hindi nagdeklara ng mga dividends.

01:21So ibig sabihin, kahit nag-ooperate yung mga companies na yun,

01:26ay wala silang in-listang mga dividends na pwedeng maggamit ni Vice President Sara Duterte

01:33at maisama sa kanyang statement of assets, liabilities and net worth

01:39para ipakita na legal na kita yun at pumasok yun sa kanyang salin.

01:44Isa pa sa mga testimonya nitong si Atty. Del Rosario is that yung pagkakaroon ng negosyo

01:50ni Vice President Duterte habang siya ay Vice President,

01:53ay paglabag doon sa Constitutional Provision, Article 7, Section 15.

02:01Mayroon po tayong provisions sa ating Constitution na nagsasabi na ang Presidente,

02:07ang Vice President ay hindi maaring kung hindi rin ipapahintulot ng Constitution,

02:13magkaroon ng maghold ng iba pang opisina, magkaroon ng ibang trabaho,

02:23mag-engage ng ibang profesyon, magkaroon ng business interest upang maiwasan po yung conflict of interest.
