03:34Bournemouth, and obviously the importance of confidence, your team winning, building momentum,
03:39to come from behind as you did, that seems to have laid a real groundwork for where you are now,
03:44do you look back at that way your players turned that game around as a real pivotal moment in this?
03:48Yeah, I think there have been more or less all different wins, Bournemouth 1, we kept fighting
03:58until the end, then Palace away I think was a very good performance on the ball and off the ball,
04:05we were very good, and yeah, I think win always helps to become a better team,
04:15but for sure Bournemouth game in the way we won that game has been very important.
04:20Because there's obviously been a lot of pressure on you taking over from Pep Guardiola, I know you've spoken
04:26about other managers following legendary managers before, but moments like that seem to have really
04:32allowed you to flourish and allowed you to get on with your job and seeing the styles and the way
04:36the team is playing and getting wins.
04:40Yeah, again, when I decided to join, I already said, but when I decided to join the club, I was

04:46sure that the club is a good club, the players, they were a good player. At the same time,
