00:17Staff from a nearby business helped the woman and detained the man until officers arrived.
00:23A man aged 25 was arrested in connection with the incident.
00:27There were also reports of a similar incident nearby shortly beforehand involving a second woman, although police have not confirmed
00:35publicly whether the two reports are linked.
00:38Officers are continuing inquiries in the area while officers establish what happened.
