On Saturday the 21st of November I was lucky enough to take part in the inaugural cycle ride for the 4 Trail, Gorges to Sea cycleway which covers the length of the Rangitikei District, North Island, New Zealand. The Rangitikei is a hill country district, and the ride lived up to that, however the great scenery certainly makes up for the demanding hills.
