01:22The owners in a picture off neighborhood say that the road that their homes sit on is unsafe.
01:27Now the road that they're talking about is West Ina Road.
01:30It's a dirt road just east of Sondario Road.
01:33And this is what it looks like right now.
01:35We just got a storm that rolled through.
01:37Some flash flooding and you can see that water's moving very quickly.
01:41Residents say after a storm like this happens, all of the dirt on this road turns to deep, loose sand,
01:48which is hard to get their cars to drive in and out of.
01:51But they also say it makes it hard for garbage trucks, postal services and even EMS services to get down
01:58the road.
01:58And that makes them nervous, especially in the case of some sort of medical emergency.
02:01So Pima County says this is unincorporated Pima County.

03:38I heard a bunch of crashing, breaking branches and everything in the wash, looked out and
03:43there was a car floating down the wash.
03:45Came outside, heard some people already checking things out, they told me a car went floating
03:50down the way, there was guys trapped in it and I started running down the road and the
03:54firefighter was here, he just looked at me, threw the rope at me and said, here, hold
04:01on, he was able to go down in the wash, get to the gentleman and pull him ashore.
04:09Thankfully we saved his life.
04:11He told me if he hadn't had the help he wouldn't have been able to do so, just glad I
04:17could
04:17help the community.
