01:37pero pinatungan niya ito ng itim na jacket.

01:40Kasabay ng arraignment, ngayong araw din ay binasunan ng Sandigan Bayan

01:43ng motion for reconsideration para manatili sa ospital si Romualdez.

01:47So ganito yung mga PDLs, yung mga Persons Deprived of Liberty.

01:53So technically, hindi pa sila preso kasi undergoing trial pa sila

01:57kaya ang tinatawag natin saan na Persons Deprived of Liberty.

02:00So same with the situation ni Speaker Romualdez.

02:04So until the penalty of the case, until matapos the case, he is considered along with them.
