http://www.top-form-fitness.com Only Phil, Kris, and Matt made it out today and they killed it! Did some harness sled drag to destroy the legs. Matt and Kris hit PR's on the log press and are started to find their groove with this exercise. Everyone flipped the 800+ lb tire. Still testing my Barbarian Strength program, but so far it looks promising. I'll make it available at http://www.barbarianstrength.com when it's ready.
