Rakesh Ji, 53, was dealing with AKD and hypertension, along with bilateral pedal edema, breathlessness on exertion, coughing, frothy urine, disturbed sleep, and general weakness.

His DTPA scan showed a total GFR of 12.43, while his admission report on 29 June 2026 showed a creatinine level of 14.44 mg/dL and urea of 225.4 mg/dL.

He had a history of undergoing haemodialysis twice a week. During his stay at HiiMS Shuddhi Hospital, Lucknow, he received medication, clinical care, and Panchakarma therapies for 10 days.

His subsequent reports showed creatinine at 9.47 mg/dL, and his latest report dated 27 July 2026 showed creatinine at 8.4 mg/dL. He also shares that he had not undergone haemodialysis for around 2 months and was happy with his progress.
