International arrivals to Uzbekistan rose 21.1% in the first eight months of 2026, while service exports climbed 53.5%. New rail links, visa-free access and expanding accommodation are reshaping the country’s travel market.

00:08Uzbekistan is drawing growing numbers of international visitors.
00:12According to the country's tourism committee, Uzbekistan recorded 9.1 million visitors by foreign nationals
00:19in the first eight months of 2026, up 21.1% year-on-year.
00:25Those arrivals cover a broad mix of international travel, including holidays, visitors to relatives and business trips.
00:33Tourism service exports rose by 53.5% to $4.6 billion.
