00:45The same stadium agreement goes to every association who will be hosting the World Cup.
00:53And every association will have to abide by those stadium agreements.

01:16As per the stadium agreement circulated by BCCI and being available to CAV to be followed absolutely word by word.
01:29Schedule 5 clause F, it says for avoidance of doubt, no special allotment or preferential access shall be permitted
01:39including but not limited to like members, honorary members or any other category of members.
01:46All such persons shall be required to purchase tickets only through the official prescribed mode including online platform or such
01:55other modes as may be notified strictly on a first come first serve basis for all matches.
02:02So this is an instruction and a guideline given for hosting matches.
02:09So there was an issue on how honorary members and how associated like members of respective associations haven't got tickets
02:18in the World Cup in spite of complimentary tickets being available.

03:03So CAV in spite of its history, complimentary tickets in CAV are happening for last 30 years and it has
03:12continued to do so.
03:15Even when the test match in South Africa was held this year, CAV followed its old policy of giving tickets
03:22to its honorary associate and flight members plus the exact amount of complimentary tickets required to be distributed to various
03:31agencies.
03:33But in case of World Cup, that does not exist because there is a strict guideline by the ICC and
03:40BCCI saying that if you have to host matches, this is what the guidelines are.
03:46In terms of complimentary tickets which is the quota of the president, every president has enjoyed that benefit because tickets
03:54have to be given to state associations.
04:01complimentary tickets are given to the government, to the government, to the ministers, to state associations, to ICC, to former
04:10BCCI presidents, current BCCI presidents.
04:13The complimentary tickets which are left over and above the prize tickets, as per the instruction, are given to these
04:21respective individual people.
04:23And this is going on for the last 30 years in this organization.
