Binary Star System Surprisingly Found Near Monster Black Hole

A stunning discovery reveals two stars orbiting each other near the galactic center's supermassive black hole. The survival of this binary system suggests that these harsh cosmic neighborhoods might be more hospitable to stars—and even planets—than once believed.
