00:00Chelsea continue to prove they might be the most entertaining team to watch this season.
00:06So far in the Premier League, they have both scored and conceded several goals.
00:11And in the Carabao Cup against Leeds United, that form did not stop.
00:16Here is what Xabi Alonso, the Chelsea manager, had to say after the game.
00:21For sure, I take responsibility for all of them.
00:26No player to blame is the decisions that we took, and for sure, the first half things were not going
00:32the way we wanted when you haven't had time and when you don't have this time to work with them,
00:42it's difficult to compete at this level.
00:44So it's my responsibility, and we had to take decisions at halftime, and we have seen another second half with
00:50another quality, another tempo.
00:52And we need to analyze, but happy with that we are going through, happy with the reaction, but as well,
01:00analytic about what we have done.
01:02No, no, I will have a deeper assessment about how I can help players that they are not playing that
01:11much to have a better impact, to have a better feeling.
01:13And today, it was difficult for them. Maybe I made it too difficult because Leeds is a strong side, but
01:21overall, you need to react, you need to take decisions, and the impact was good from the players that they
01:27came on.
