चलचित्र अभियान और गोरखपुर न्यूज़लाइन की टीम पहुँची योगी आदित्यनाथ के अपने शहर गोरखपुर की झोपड़ीयों में। यहाँ रहने वाले लोगों का कहना है कि कोई भी पार्टी जीते, उनके जीवन में कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं आने वाला। वोट ना होने के कारण कोई नेता इनकी बात नहीं सुनना चाहता। रोज़गार, स्वास्थ और शिक्षा तो दूर की बात है यहाँ के लोगों की बिजली और पानी जैसी बुनियादी आवश्यकताएँ भी पूरी नहीं हो रही हैं। प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी जी यहाँ से गुज़रते भी हैं तो इनके घर उजाड़ दिए जाते हैं। ज़्यादा कुछ नहीं, ये लोग बस सोने के लिए छत, पेटभर खाना और पीने के लिए पानी चाहते हैं।

The people living here say that no matter who wins the party, there will be no difference in their lives. Due to a lack of votes, no leader wants to listen to them. Apart from employment, health and education, even the basic needs of the people like electricity and water are not being met. Even if the Chief Minister of the state Yogi ji passes through here, their houses are destroyed. Nothing more, these people just want a roof to sleep, food to eat, and water to drink.
