00:00Third largest city, Stavanger, who walk onto the stage for the first time in Stuttgart tonight.
00:08He's still looking for his first goal of the season and Ermedin Demirovic starts up front
00:14and he'll be in on his debut and Petr Kristiansen leads the line and Vekings goal scorers list as well.
00:26And so the start of something new, Norway's reigning champions on club football's grandest stage.
00:36First weekend corner of the evening and the header on goal was from Bjorgau.
00:42Has got the run on the Stuttgart defence here. Kristiansen has got a couple of options.
00:47This is a Skilzen. I think that was a good height for Ed Lowe.
00:54Look at that room right down the middle for Petr Kristiansen there.
00:59Huge gap between the two Stuttgart centre-halves.
01:04Just in that little chink of evening sunshine that is passing its way across Stuttgart Arena.
01:11This is Stila and in it goes from Demirovic.
01:19Tight angle, but he made the angles work for him.
01:28Ermedin Demirovic scores Stuttgart's first Champions League goal of their season.
01:38And their number nine took it like a classic number nine.
01:49Fjurek's ball still are into a dangerous area.
01:53And what a handy piece of finesse that was from Demirovic.
02:02In off the crossbar and the bounce favourable to take it into the back of the net.
02:11On his first Champions League goal scored against Servena Svespa a couple of years ago.
02:17And Canousa's shot is repelled.
02:23But here come Vyking.
02:27He's on his own at the moment though.
02:29The captain, Trippic.
02:31He's found a way to score though.
02:38Vyking's first ever Champions League goal.
02:57The captain who played for them when they were in the second tier of Norwegian football.
03:05And here he is, scoring on the biggest stage of them all.
03:12Had a couple of looks just to see what options he had available.
03:17But he backed himself and he took it brilliantly.
03:26And talk about a speedy response.
03:30A goal two minutes after.
03:42Joe Bell a little too eager there to try and pinch it back.
04:04And he's utilising those finishes off the crossbar to great effect tonight.
04:13He has bashed that one into the Vyking goal.
04:22Rush yourself down, go again, that's what Stuttgart did.
04:29And the goals that are coming thick and fast tonight.
04:33What a beautiful pass that is though.
04:36To Zedemirovich on his way by Undan.
04:44It's a gorgeous assist.
04:47And it is a thumping finish.
04:49And it is Stuttgart 2, Vyking 1.
04:52You certainly have one of those when the Champions League recommences next month after this first round of fixtures.
04:58It's because Bayern Munich are heading to Norway.
05:05It's a lot of German team causing problems here tonight though for Vyking.
05:08This is labelling.
05:09This is labelling.
05:13Down by Promo.
05:16Way as far as Middlestad.
05:19Promo.
05:22Undar.
05:23And that's what we have.
05:24Demirovich shits a hat-trick.
05:27A Champions League hat-trick.
05:30For Ahmeden Demirovich.
05:37Awkwardly squirmed through Ospo, the goalkeeper.
05:49and there can't be too many Champions League
05:52Patrick's quicker than his
05:55goals in the 20th, 26th and 32nd minute
06:00for Ermidon Demirovic tonight
06:06what an evening for him
06:07what a start for Stuttgart
06:12never really properly clear their lines
06:15it's a nasty one for Osborne
06:18just taken aback perhaps by how quickly he got his shot away
06:23to Demirovic
06:28it's those positions he's taking up and that that are causing the problems
06:33Laverlin for four just dragged it
06:36would have wanted their Champions League campaign to begin
06:40but in the city known as the cradle of the automobile
06:45Demirovic has got Stuttgart motoring along
06:48a first half hat-trick
06:54swashbuckling first half it was from Stuttgart
06:57there will be an anticipation that they can go and make a real statement tonight I think
07:06it's a triple-trick with the throw
07:11that's all
07:12flick on which has dropped nicely for the Ordal
07:16and it was left by Botheim the substitute I think
07:19maybe thought that Trippich was closer to him than he was
07:25and down the other end it's
07:26Undaf who's tried to lob the goalkeeper
07:29got too much loft on it
07:36Sauer
07:38Sauer squeezing it through
07:40it's Undaf
07:45first Stuttgart goal of the season looks like it might be evading him
07:53very close there Dennis Undaf to picking the exact spot that he intended to hit that top corner
08:03lovely find as well by Sauer to eek that ball through to him
08:16Fjolik
08:19Sauer
08:20too much on it
08:25swinging in
08:33Flurik's delivery on by Schabot and then off the post by Undaf
08:37it's just not happened for him
08:45little shake of the head that piece of body language tells you everything you need to know
08:51and indeed it was the last meaningful action of the night
08:55and it's Stuttgart's night in the Champions League
08:57and it works for them
08:58but I don't want to really take care of it
08:58I don't wanna get in my
