00:00one they can provide here maybe a good time to play one of the tournament favorites in the
00:07opening match in the hope of Anthony Gordon dropping to the substitutes bench Barcelona's
00:14formation never changes it is the familiar 4-3-3 two other Spaniards along with Lopez in this
00:21starting 11 striker Nacho Ferri and defender former Barcelona academy player to be head coach for the
00:28second time after spells in China Scotland and Turkey now then this could open up and it really
00:36will open up and Rafinha scores less than three minutes gone and he can't stop scoring this
00:45season his seventh of the campaign already for the Barcelona captain
00:55scored in all four Malika games this season and on the mark early for Hansi Flick here in the
01:01Champions League and who wouldn't want to be a centre-forward playing in this team that creates
01:06so many goal-scoring opportunities and Danny Olmo trying to provide a second there struck it
01:12sweetly engaging whatever contact game
01:20useful very useful
01:22how about that
01:25from Adeyemi
01:32and a celebration to match
01:40when you pay the price when you play Barcelona if you don't engage
01:46and they stood off
01:49and Carey Matayemi
01:53says to himself I've got a real good sight to go but he still had so much to do didn't
01:58he
02:03decided to wrap that talented right foot this is better from Feyenoord
02:11and the shot is decent
02:15nice cutback though for Adeyemi
02:19and the shot wide from Cancelo he's entitled to take it on
02:23just a little bit out of sorts at the back there Barcelona it's a good stop from Joan Garcia
02:37Feyenoord come again
02:39appeals for handball
02:41don't think that the referee is interested in that one
02:47and that's the closest Feyenoord have been to
02:49getting on the score sheet here's Danny Olmo
02:52Lamal
02:55Rodri
02:59oh nice from Cancelo
03:03and he hit the outside of the post I think
03:06on its way behind it stays 2-0
03:08but Cancelo
03:12teases way beautifully around Reid
03:15Danny Olmo unable to extend
03:19Jack Ernst
03:23it'll be a free kick it'll be barely time to take it the one minute of stoppage time is up
03:28and the referee signals half-time Barcelona leading through a third-minute goal from their captain Rafinha
03:41Barcelona then get the second half underway
03:45this is Watanabe
03:55now is he time to run here
03:56yes he has
03:58and his touch is heavy but he's still there
04:01but it won't count flag up against Nacho Ferry in the end
04:06and a little bit of a coming together with Joan Garcia
04:12but nervous few seconds for the Barcelona defensive light to have you with us
04:17I'm sure you're going to be around throughout this exciting Champions League season
04:23as Rafinha has played in brilliantly by Petri
04:263-3-0
04:29they're looking for an offside flag final
04:31well the captain gets his second of the night
04:36a pass sliced right through the heart of the final defence
04:40he looked in vain for the assistant referee's flag
04:45once Rafinha got into the position that he did
04:48you didn't doubt that he would finish
04:52up to eight
04:53here's Valente
04:54now Zekiel
04:58oh good pass
04:59and Targalin onside
05:01Joan Garcia with a save
05:03put it in
05:04potential offside in the build-up to the goal
05:10no offside there for Targalin
05:21and the check is over
05:25and on in his place comes Firmin Lopez
05:28who missed the World Cup with a broken foot
05:33good disappointment for him
05:37Lopez
05:38Gordon
05:41back to Firmin Lopez
05:43nobody engaging here
05:45it's a fine save from Ernst
05:48there's hesitation at the back again from the final defenders
05:52a good outstretched left hand of Ernst
05:55to keep the scoreline at 3-0
06:03I'll be surprised if it isn't Barcelona's dynamic number 10
06:11and it is
06:12and it is Jamal
06:13and it is full
06:18broad smile from Hansi Flick
06:24he got the sense it was almost like a penalty
06:29the count no expected
06:32Yamal expected
06:37and Barcelona off to a brilliant start
06:41in the league phase of this season's Champions League competition
06:44shaking the head for Ernst
06:46will probably feel the defensive wall in front of him
06:49should do better
06:51we see the replay again
07:01might yet be a goal for final tonight
07:03I think they deserve one for their efforts
07:04they might get it here
07:06they do
07:08I don't think there's any doubt about this one
07:12that was very nicely worked
07:15and it's starting
07:16and Rodri will depart for the arrival of Gabi
07:25Gabriel Jesus with a fine record
07:28I do believe that's his first touch
07:45Gabriel Jesus since coming on
07:49and for the fourth time this season
07:51Barcelona hit five
07:59an excellent cross from Lamine Jamal
08:05here's Koundé
08:07now Bernal
08:09this is where they
08:10often quicken the passing
08:11when they get into
08:13sight of the opposition goal
08:15this is Jamal
08:16can he finish it off here
08:17Lamine Jamal still
08:19in his season
08:20his first season of Barcelona
08:21saw the debut of a certain
08:23Lionel Messi
08:25here's Gordon
08:27the header
08:27flipped over by Ernst
08:29was it no
08:31says the referee goal kick
08:35it's a useful ball in this
08:37from Anthony Gordon
08:41Brodsky looks at the watch
08:42the five minutes of stoppage time are up
08:45and Barcelona's cracking start
08:47to the Champions League
08:50begins here at the Camp Nou
08:52an embrace between
08:53Hansi Flick
08:53and Gio van Bronckhorst
