The challenge features seven scored checkpoints covering table creation, penalty-kick analysis, shot-distance analysis, shot-distance and shot-angle calculations, creation of a BigQuery ML logistic regression model, and predictions from the completed model. Using soccer shot data, you'll build an expected-goals style prediction model, prepare the required features, train a logistic regression model in BigQuery ML, and use it to predict outcomes from new 2018 World Cup data.
