00:00That flag, it has 9-11 steel in it from the South Tower, and we're going to give this to
00:07the president when he comes up.
00:09So, ladies and gentlemen, the 45th and 47th president of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
00:17Thank you, God bless you.
01:22Well, thank you very much.
01:23It's a great honor.
01:24Frank has been something very special.
01:28You know, he's very persistent.
01:29When he wants something, he gets it.
01:31And I figured I shouldn't wait.
01:33I should just approve it all immediately, because it's much easier that way.
01:39But he's done some job, and I want to thank you all for being here in the heart of our
01:44nation's capital, which is right now one of the safest cities anywhere in the country.
01:48It was one of the most unsafe cities in the country just almost two years ago.
01:54So we've cleaned it up in a lot of ways, including crime, but we've also cleaned it physically.
02:01It looks so beautiful now.
02:03We did 81 monuments, statues, and fountains.
02:07All, they're back in shape.
02:09Some of them haven't worked in 45 years.
02:12But the nation's capital, it marks 25 years since a day that was etched forever into the memories of Americans.
02:20On 9-11, nearly 3,000 precious souls were stolen from us, killed by evil terrorists at the World Trade
02:28Center, the Pentagon, and on Flight 93.
02:33All of these years later, we gather on another Tuesday morning in September to reaffirm the sacred vow we made
02:40a quarter of a century ago.
02:43We will never forget.
02:45We say it, and we mean it.
02:47We will never forget.
