00:30Or does it intend to make it easier for them not to be while they are playing?
00:33Because they are two very different things.
00:35If we really want to reconcile motherhood and professional sport.

00:41To guarantee reintegration.
00:43Respecting recovery and postpartum times.
00:46To make childcare easier.
00:47Ultimately, the goal is to ensure that being a mother does not professionally penalize any female footballer or athlete in general.

00:56Instead of adapting the sports structure to accommodate motherhood within it.

01:36The question shouldn't be, "How can we help an athlete postpone motherhood?"
01:41Rather, the question should be: how do we ensure that motherhood does not penalize an athlete's career?
