00:11There are a couple of U.S. owners in France, Jerry Cardinal and Frank McCourt.

00:20So we had a lot of people that gave us feedback.
00:23We had a lot of other clubs that approached us.
00:25We were naturally attracted to Joseph and this club because of, one, the blue-collar nature of the fans.
00:32We love that.
00:33That's who we are.
00:35And, two, this team is the underdog, and that's who we are.
00:41That's who our company is.
00:43That's who our family is.
00:44So we relate to the fans.
00:47We relate to the community.
00:48We admire the rebuilding process that is going on in this community, and this is where we wanted to be.
00:54Yes, there were others.
00:55Some may think they're more valuable.
00:58I do not.
00:59I ultimately tend to look at my partners and make decisions based on the character of my partners,
01:06and I happen to think we have extremely good partners, including the two gentlemen at this podium.
