00:32I'm so chuffed for this guy as well, because he didn't leave Arsenal for finance, he left Arsenal to win,
00:38and that was quite apparent when he left, and he's thoroughly enjoying himself, and quite glad he sells with him.
00:43And he wanted a number 20 shirt for this very reason, to celebrate a potential 20th title,
00:47and it's come along with 24 Premier League goals for him this season, he could work in the Golden Booth

01:19we don't feel that they're quite, perhaps for the Sunday's greatest teams have been,
01:24but tonight, in that opening half an hour, I thought they were electric, I thought they were scintillating,
01:28and I thought it was great that they went about it in that sort of fashion, and it's typical of
01:32United to win it in such time.
01:34We should just point out, because John said in McIntyre, their fifth title in seven seasons,
01:39and that came off the back of Arsenal's unbeaten season, and two Mourinho's speed-rolling everybody else in Chelsea cards.
01:45Well, let's be honest, plenty of opponents were thinking Sir Alex might have had his day,
01:48then he got Ronaldo up to speed, five titles in seven seasons,
01:53beaten only by when you were at Chelsea, the double, and Manchester City had a death loss.
01:56Well, all you do when you beat him in the league is you antagonise him in touch, and he...

02:04because he was the guy, he felt, who would make the difference, and he certainly has made the difference.
02:08When you're spending that type of money, 20-plus million, for a guy that's 29 years of age,

02:18But, the thing that is most important for Sir Alex and Manchester United, another title.

02:34We all know how Manchester United are funded these days, it's still quite a bit challenging to keep up with

02:40He invests to win trophies, doesn't he?
02:42And that's what Rose just said there, you know, he invests in players to win things,
02:46other clubs invests to make money, and perhaps to balance books, or whatever.
02:50But his priority, let others balance books, his priority is to continue to win.
02:57You know, all credit to him, and quite rightly, they should enjoy this moment,
03:00because last year was tough for him, and we're used to getting hurt like that,
03:03like what happened last season.
03:04So, great character that they've got, you know, flowing right through the middle of that club,
03:10as Sean Brightly tonight, they've won it, and they've won it in a bit of style as well.
03:14But even though second half wasn't quite so great, I feel first half of time,
03:17third half of it's been a very, very best.
03:19And we have to probably accept as well that the owners understand
03:22that actually Manchester United, of course, are always going to be extremely valuable financially.
03:26So they're worth it even more if they are winning regularly.

03:30So Alex, on the whole, gets the money that he asked for to buy the players that he wants.

03:35Because if you analyse the sort of game receipts that they take in as well,
03:38there's 76,000 people watching my home, you know, week in, week out.
03:42The closest to it is Arsenal, and then Newcastle probably.
03:46And, you know, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Tottenham falling way behind
03:50in as far as the financial money that is actually coming into the club as well.
03:55No, you've got this global brand of Manchester United.
03:57You know, the Glazers have been lambasted for what they've done, but not at work.
04:01They haven't stopped it from spending, and they'll go on, and they will keep winning.
