00:00Okay, so here's episode 3 of crazy things that I do as a cowgirl that normal people might think is
00:05a little odd or a little weird or a little gross.
00:07Okay, so have y'all ever smelled alfalfa? If you live out in the country, you might smell it being
00:12grown.
00:12Well, anything that smells good, I want to try it. So these are alfalfa cubes.
00:16Growing up, I used to try the alfalfa. I tried everything that the horses eat. I've tried the horse grain,
00:22all of it.
00:22Alfalfa cubes, though, they don't taste bad. I don't, just weird.
00:26These are horse brushes. So when I would be running late for a performance and I didn't have anything to
00:31do my hair, I would just brush it with the horse brush.
00:33I know, insane. Cedar shavings, we put them at the bottom of the stalls. I used to line my tack
00:38room with cedar shavings just so it smelled like it.
00:41Have y'all smelled cedar shavings? Oh my god, it's addicting. If you have a guinea pig and you have
00:46those shavings, that's what I'm talking about.
00:48Like I said, I don't mind the smell of horse shit, fresh or old, but back in the days, me
00:52and my friends used to pick this shit up and throw it at each other.
00:55But most importantly, horse shit is one of the best fertilizers in the world.
00:59And I'm going to think of some more for y'all. Like I said, this is my normal.
01:01I'm trying to remember, like in childhood, all the crazy stuff we used to do, you know?
