07:20Yes, I think we need to be very careful.
07:23This is the toughest moment when you have to care for those that are trying to help without
07:29exposing them to further risks.
07:31We don't want to have any risks.
08:03We're stranded in the second wave.
08:31Whatever is possible.
08:33How to bring back those who are living, how to bring back those to continue lives, those
08:38that are alive, how they continue living, how do they rebuild their livelihoods.
08:43There are families, there are families, there are families, there are families, there are families,
08:45there are families, thousands of them probably, that have lost livelihoods and have nothing
08:48to do, nowhere to go, no income to have.
08:50And we're only welcoming those initiatives by the governments.
08:54And I think as a humanitarian community, we are ready to stand by in support of expanding
09:00those efforts.
09:06Again, I don't know, we as a humanitarian community do not differentiate between neighbors and for
09:12us any support, any help that is extended to make it fast, efficient, time does not wait.
09:22Lives need to be saved.
09:24How many NGOs working here for the public welfare?
09:27I think in this particular geography, there were less international organizations because
09:35after 2015 earthquake, there has been a lot of investment and programs that started closing
09:43over the last 10 years.
09:45So, it is definitely not oversaturated at the moment with the international presence.
09:51Overall, in Nepal, I think we have quite a few organizations that are working in tandem
09:57and hand in hand together with the local partners and local communities, delivering aid, supporting
10:03the resilience and development.
10:05As Chorus International, we have a legacy and history of Lutheran World Relief organization
10:11as a brand operating in Nepal for the last 30 years.
10:15And we have been working with communities, not just in humanitarian areas, supporting lives
10:21and their well-being, but also developing their resilience, agricultural potential, livelihoods
10:28and so on and so forth.
10:41Thank you so much for watching.
