00:00The club made a new signing yesterday in Bluari.
00:02Is he ready to go into the first-team squad straight away?
00:07Yeah, he's ready.
00:10He was working with his former club, so he's fit.
00:17We'll see how long he needs in terms of that adaptation,
00:21but for sure he's ready to go.
00:24He's quite calm, he doesn't look 18.
00:32He looks already mature, that is important.
00:36But again, in this case, we need to go slowly,
00:44because he's very young, he came from different countries,
00:47he needs adaptation, so no rush for him.
00:50For sure he's going to help us now and in the future.
00:53But again, probably it's very mature being just 18.
00:59Again, he doesn't look 18 and this is important.
01:03And also I think it's my job,
01:07it's also from the club to try to manage him in the best way.
01:12So, don't put pressure on him.
01:14We know that he's young and in his time.
01:17All right, bring me the rest of the club is a little bit of time for him.
01:17On the same time.
01:17شكرا
