00:06This is my second stay at Dorset-Mongkok and I can say I always love the warm service of this
00:12hotel.
00:13Our stay was during the peak of summer in Hong Kong, so it was a relief that upon arrival there
00:19are free refreshments in the lobby.
00:21We arrived early at the hotel at around 12 and wonder if we can check in early and we were
00:27glad that they accommodated us and have an early check-in.
00:31What we like in this hotel there are convenience stores, fast foods and local restaurants.
00:37It has also access to Olympic Station which is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
00:43A lot of buses also pass by the hotel which can bring you to a lot of tourist spots in
00:49Hong Kong.
00:49There are also taxis that are on standby if you prefer to use one.
00:55The breakfast buffet are also nice as they have a lot of choices, ranges from rice, dim sums, porridge, breads,
01:03etc.
01:04Their staff at the breakfast are always gracious and smile which brightens our day as they are the ones who
01:10you always seize first in the morning after leaving your room.
01:14I also like that they have a laundry and drying machine that you can use.
01:19This frees your luggage as a few space as you don't need to bring much clothes as you can wash
01:24them in the hotel.
01:26After our checkout, we left our bag at the hotel as we went buying souvenirs.
01:32The staffs are very careful with our bag and as we are about to leave they even assisted us bring
01:37our bags to their bus.
01:38They also have this bus that can bring you to Mong Kok station that has an access to airport express
01:45line.
01:47Our stay at Dorset Mong Kok was truly worth every penny.
01:51From the moment I reached out before our arrival, the team was incredibly responsive and accommodating.
01:58They patiently answered all my queries and made the entire check-in process smooth and worry-free.

02:15What made our experience even more memorable was that we happened to celebrate both my aunt's and my father's birthdays

02:24The hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake, a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration extra special and showed how

02:34Excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay a wonderful experience.
02:41I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Dorset Mong Kok again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

02:57MCD is just across the hotel and many small restaurants and convenience stores within walking distant.
03:03It takes some time to arrive from Olympic Station, need to walk through not smooth section, therefore, better to use
03:11airport transfer to protect the luggages.
03:14They have shuttle bus to bring you near to the all sight-seeing places.
03:19Hotel is clean, they even clean the seat on the lobby regularly.
03:23The only problem is, the room is small but I think we have no options, this is Hong Kong.

03:35It was a bit far from the MTR, but if you don't mind walking then it is totally fine.
