This performance/installation is exploring the field of pancake. It offers a wide rage of sensations for eyes, ears, noses, tongues and skins, and asks for a real embodied engagement of the audience. It aims at giving people plural sensitive experience, by engaging them bodily.
It's about highlighting its cultural and political implications of one basic fonction of our biology (eating). It questions the building of food meanings and representations, by playing with hygiene conceptions, appetite and disgust by engaging the responsability of the audience in the performance.
