00:20and linked to that jointmanship and theatrization has come into fore again.
00:24So, today only I saw an article written by M. Sipta, I couldn't read it fully,
00:31but he is also talking about the same thing.
00:33So, I think this is time for us to also put our thoughts together.
00:39We have in the air force, by the way, the way the media is putting across,
00:44I can assure my own people there that air force is not against theatrization,
00:51the way media puts across.
00:52So, what air force has been insisting is that let us look at it objectively.
00:59Let us look at what is it that is ailing us.

01:08And not something that is prepaid, pick up from somewhere and use it.
01:14We need to form a structure, we need to form an organization chart in a manner that we need,
01:22and not anybody else, because everybody will have different requirements.
01:27Some other country may have some different requirements.
01:30Let us not just pick up something and use it.
01:32Let us look at it objectively.
01:34Let us go about it in a stepwise manner, so that there is minimal disruption,
01:40and we don't shake up the system, especially in this time when we have made it very clear that
01:45the top solution is still alive.
01:47So, we need to be prepared, that's it.
01:50And in area quarter we have made our rules then, and that composite team is looking at it,
01:57and we keep discussing.
01:58And this pattern is under discussion at of course COSC level.
02:02And I am sure the government, whenever a decision is taken,
02:06will take the right decision based on all inputs that are given to the government.
02:14Some more points regarding, now that I have all the veterans sitting here,
02:19points about what is being done.
02:23So, Aadnil Bharta, like it was told also, this is the way to go forward.
02:29We can't be relying on some other countries to get our veterans and get our veterans system.
02:36Finally, we have to achieve that goal.
02:38But if that is not happening at the right pace,
02:43we have to go for some alternate solutions quickly,
02:46with which Make in India is a very good, fast way of achieving something.
02:52So, that is being pushed by all three services.
02:54This is going on.
02:55And why am I bringing out here is,
02:59because when we talk about all these initiatives,
03:02R&D organizations are working,
03:05but they may not be able to bring out everything in time,
03:09because they also have their hands pulled.
03:12Then some private players have to come out.
03:14With their own, some partnership, maybe with some foreign vendors,
03:18with some foreign design houses,
03:20maybe some Indian companies getting together,
03:24and starting their own ventures in R&D,
03:26starting their own production, manufacturing units.
03:30And that is the time, people who are,
03:33you know, other side of the fence,
03:35who are retired from the Air Force,
03:36apps of home,
03:38you know, you can help by holding their hands,
03:41guiding them correctly,
03:42becoming the bridge between the user and the manufacturer,
03:45or user and the designer.
03:46Because we will need private players to come in,
03:50just by DPSUs or DRDO.
