00:21this character and this time it was something that I could do in my bandwidth so I was like
00:27why not and I jumped on the opportunity and everything aligned and we went ahead
00:35yes I'm playing Nena as you can see in Weed Meets Nena and
00:41it was a lot of fun with me because
00:43I got a romance that was missing many days in my life, scenes, script and
00:51and the rest of the survival spirit is in me so I got connected and different things
00:59and they were all breath of fresh air
01:02How is it different from other shows?
01:05It is a lot of soft romance, subtle romance
01:12one with the hero
01:13and then there is one obsessive toxic romance with the villain
01:18and it is a show with a lot of twists and turns and dramas
01:22and every episode you will be like
01:24so yeah I think it is the stakes are so high in every episode
01:31that you are gonna have fun when you watch it
01:34What was the experience working with the co-actors?
01:37this time I had a good co-actor
01:39I mean not that the others were bad
01:41but this man was very well versed with the craft
01:45and I had something new to see in him
01:48something different
01:50and he was very spontaneous
01:52so we would do some scenes on the spot
01:55on the spot improvising
01:57I didn't have to think before I improvised
01:59so that was good part
02:01about working with Mohit
02:03he is Mohit who plays Veerias
02:05so I think it was fun to the character with him
02:09What was your display on the show?
02:11Any explanation you want to share?
02:13on the show?
02:14on the show you want to share?
02:16yeah first day was fun
02:19there was a lot of running
02:20and you know chase going on
02:23so the location was very beautiful by the way
02:27I had a lot of fun on the location
02:29because the little jumps from the tree that Mohit did
02:33and how we were hiding in places
02:37so all that hide and seek and the chase that happened on the first day
02:42was very beautiful
02:43and it was the setup was very very beautiful
02:45something to look forward to
02:47Any even sweet memories you want to share with the fans or the audience?
02:52yeah I mean if you want a lighter
02:55but something that gives you a lot of edge romance
02:59please watch Veer met Naina
03:01Who was working with the director?
03:03she was brilliant
03:04she was actually drag
03:06she was actually our
03:09she was not just the director
03:11she was a lot more than that
03:15because it was a female director first of all
03:18and no offence to the male directors
03:20but female directors have a lot more depth
03:23which they want to add to the character
03:25not just to the shot
03:26so that's what I found slightly different working with her
03:32so any learnings from her
03:34any learnings from any of your two actors?
03:38I think from my director only
03:40I learnt a lot from her
03:41she was very compassionate
03:43very empathetic
03:44there was a lot of script left
03:45by the last day
03:48but still she never panicked
03:50and the panic didn't reach us
03:52every scene we would do with our own little time
03:54of course we extended the shift
03:57but having said that
03:59we had a beautiful time working on this trip
04:02because there was
04:03there was certain kind of shared respect for the material
04:07and they all wanted something good to come out
04:10and I had a beautiful bond with her
04:12and I cherished that
04:14so you enjoyed a lot with it
04:15I did
04:17I think it is coming in vertical and horizontal
04:20both yeah
04:22it's a micro drama
04:23but it will come in both formats
04:25vertical and horizontal
04:26so what are the upcoming things
04:28which fans do you want to like to share?
04:30I mean there is a lot with All Right TV
04:32that is lined up for sure
04:33and I am very excited for that
04:36so you are actually in the industry
04:38I guess for the past four
04:40four and a half years
04:41so how have you been experienced
04:42like if you compare films and TV
04:44like you have not done any film
04:45see film I have yet not experienced
04:47web show I have done
04:48I have done three television shows
04:50and I have done handful of micro dramas
04:54so I mean that makes three platforms
04:57and three kind of formats to talk about
05:02obviously there is some kind of credibility
05:05attached to web shows
05:06and fun that comes
05:09that is offered to the actor
05:12but it's somewhere similar to micro dramas as well
05:15because we don't have to live this character
05:16for another 7-8 months
05:18character comes and goes
05:19which adds a lot of freshness to our life
05:22and what we can add creatively
05:23to the piece that is offered to us
05:26so that's something common between micro drama
05:30and web show
05:31most definitely the level of difficulty is different
05:36and television I would say
05:37it is more of a hard work for the actor
05:41comparatively because it's
05:43a lot more burden
05:44a lot more responsibility
05:46a lot more life on stake
05:48because it's like a contract for a year
05:50here we go ahead and do it in a
05:53few days of span
05:55so a lot of fun we have
05:57a lot that we are looking forward to
05:59we put in that
06:00and give it power packed performances
06:03and then we take a break
06:05and we recharge
06:06and we come back
06:07in television that is not the case
06:09we have to show up everyday
06:10of course we expand our capacities to show up everyday
06:15but we do get exhausted also sometimes
06:17sometimes we run out of our creativity
06:19sometimes that does not happen in micro drama
06:23so that's one plus that we have here
06:27as an actor whom you admire
06:30whom I admire
06:31yeah
06:32good question
06:35as an actor I admire
06:37a lot of actors in the west
06:40in our country
06:42I think I would say
06:45Amitabh Bachchan ji
06:48not a cliche answer
06:49it is true
06:50I do admire him
06:51I do admire the way he has
06:54revamped himself every time
06:56because it's not easy to maintain a career this long
07:00I mean it's not just about 10 years
07:0320 years
07:03so many years
07:05so many times you renew yourself
07:08you put yourself to do something that nobody has ever done before
07:13so yeah I admire him for that
07:15and of course I admire him for his discipline
07:17for every other thing that an actor should be admired for
07:20all his professionalism
07:21but mainly
07:22for the times that he has
07:25gone through that process of rebirth
07:27rebirth rebirth
07:28so yeah that I really admire
07:31how are your day stars?
07:34like every other day
07:35of course with a warm water
07:38and ginger
07:39and some lemon
07:40and those things that can put my belly on fire
07:44are you getting any offers of reality shows?
07:46actually I am not into reality shows
07:49but yeah I would like to get some offers for some good scripts on web shows
07:53if you get an offer for Big Boss upcoming
07:56so would you like to go?
07:58which one?
07:58Big Boss
07:59no
08:00sorry to say that
08:02but
08:03maybe I don't have that much courage
08:05to put my whole life out there
08:07it takes
08:09a lot
08:09from an actor
08:11or a human being
08:12to put everything on screen
08:14everything
08:15your personal life
08:17your personal life
08:18one thing
08:18one thing
08:18you are putting on screen
08:19what you are doing
08:20from the morning
08:20until 7-8 months
08:22you are doing
08:24that
08:25I don't think
08:26I have that courage
08:27or maybe
08:28that
08:29I am not that unfiltered in life
08:31that
08:31I can go ahead with that
08:33I don't think so
08:33and salute to everybody
08:36who goes there every year
08:37and becomes a part of it
08:39how much important social media plays in your life
08:44like
08:45is it
08:45an important role in your life?
08:48absolutely
08:49it is
08:51an actor's profile
08:54in today's day and age
08:56if you strictly look at it
08:58look at it as work
09:00it is
09:02very important
09:03it will help you to do that rebirth
09:05that Amisa Abachchan ji has been doing since century
09:09that you can do through your social media
09:12you can change your platform
09:14you can change your vibe
09:15you can change the human being you are
09:16and put yourself out there
09:18and sell yourself a little bit more
09:21do your own PR
09:22be your own spokesperson
09:25so yeah that
09:26but it does impact a lot to your brain
09:28when you see only the highlight and joy of somebody else's life
09:32or you put forward only the joy and highlight of your life
09:36so it is very unfair
09:37for the people
09:38for the people
09:39for the people who are watching you
09:40I can think that
09:41you can always tell your feelings
09:42you can always tell your feelings
09:44because
09:44people
09:45escape from the world
09:46for entertainment
09:49and not for the feelings
09:51and
09:51rightly so
09:52I would like
09:53that
09:54I would like
09:54that
09:54I would like
09:55that
09:56I don't want that
10:00but at the same time
10:02sometimes
10:03some people
10:04that
10:05moments of joy
10:06that
10:06flashes
10:07we put in our life
10:08pieces
10:10fragments
10:11just
10:12a small part
10:13people
10:14understand it
10:15and judge them
10:17that
10:18that
10:18doesn't impact your mind
10:20but as an actor
10:22that
10:22is a very good tool
10:24to have
10:24as a human being
10:25I don't think
10:26it's a very good tool
10:27to have
10:29we currently
10:30in lots of reality shows
10:31and
10:32many audience
10:33are coming
10:33yeah
10:34I mean
10:35it has changed
10:35yeah
10:36I've seen it
10:37yeah
10:40sad
10:40so
10:41I mean
10:41it's true
10:42or
10:42you should have
10:43changed
10:46I feel like
10:48that
10:48after COVID
10:49cinema
10:50didn't catch up
10:51after COVID
10:52after COVID
10:54everything was going
10:55after COVID
10:56it was going
10:56so bad
10:57it was not exactly
10:59like how cinema
10:59used to be
11:00earlier
11:01but
11:02it was not that bad
11:04but
11:04cinema
11:04after COVID
11:06it was going
11:07quite downhill
11:08which I feel
11:09needs to come back
11:11it's time
11:11to make a comeback
11:12for everybody
11:14we all love
11:15cinema
11:15it's
11:16reality show
11:17cannot eat up
11:18I love reality shows
11:19I love to watch
11:21Traitor
11:21I love to watch
11:22alliances
11:22and the new games
11:24that we can see
11:25we will see
11:26we will entertain
11:27but they are not
11:28cinema
11:29they are not
11:30storytelling
11:30they are not
11:31something that
11:32we were always proud of
11:34as Indian culture
11:35it could be like
11:36that
11:36it should not
11:37go
11:37that
11:38not that
11:41only I want
11:42to be a part
11:42of it
11:43but audience
11:43should be subjected
11:44to something
11:45brilliant
11:48you are right
11:49but
11:51what do you mean
11:52is pizza affecting
11:53kids
11:54kids are
11:55affecting
11:55the cinema
11:56it's a reality show
11:58you are not
11:59watching
12:00they are not
12:01watching
12:01a lot of things
12:02I also think
12:04attention span
12:06it's a little
12:06I also think
12:07they have children
12:07and they have
12:09movies
12:10and they have
12:11some things
12:12they have to see
12:13in movies
12:15they will see
12:17what is the truth
12:18is
12:18what is the truth
12:19is
12:20people exist
12:22they exist
12:22in the family
12:25if you look at the family
12:26structure
12:26they are the children
12:28they are the truth
12:29they are the truth
12:31there are a lot of things
12:32that they go through
12:33and they are not the truth
12:34so not to blame
12:35entertainment industry
12:37is the truth
12:38of course
12:39the truth is happening
12:41I agree
12:43but what is the truth
12:44and what is the truth
12:45we are nobody
12:46to decide
12:47kids are intelligent
12:48they exactly know
12:50what to pick up
12:50and what not to pick up
12:52they should know
12:53I mean
12:53it is so much
12:54social media
12:55is going to be
12:55thrown at them
12:57so I think
12:58they should be ready
12:59to be able to handle
13:01and to be able
13:02to take the better of it
13:04any message to the audience?
13:06fans?
13:07yeah I mean
13:08let's collectively
13:09do something about cinema
13:10you should watch good movies
13:11guys
13:14it has been
13:15a lot of
13:17you have been recently
13:18filming
13:19so you think
13:20that the film is
13:21obviously
13:21that is the film
13:23that is the film
13:23that is the film
13:23as a kid
13:24what do you like?
13:24yeah I loved it
13:27we all like these movies
13:30when we are happy
13:31when we are happy
13:32and when we are going to watch
13:33families
13:33how big it was
13:35they were
13:36an event in itself
13:38like Diwali
13:38holiday
13:39there was a picture
13:41and that picture
13:42lived with you
13:43some days
13:43that experience
13:45lived with you
13:46that reality shows
13:47or television
13:48or micro drama
13:49will not be able to do
13:50right?
13:50I think micro drama
13:52can give you some experience
13:53on an individual level
13:55but not as a collective
13:57experience
13:58so
13:59movies
13:59are movies
14:00they should come
14:01and they will come
14:03give it some years
14:04and you see
14:05they will come back
14:06even web shows
14:07for that matter
14:08that is
14:08a little
14:10less
14:12I feel
14:13more should be there
14:15all the best for your show
14:17yeah
14:17thank you
14:19all the best wishes from us
14:21thank you
14:21thank you
14:22thank you
14:24thank you
14:24thank you
14:26thank you
