Hello! I'm Clover and I love to cooking in my miniature kitchen. Today I went to the stream again to catch fresh shrimp. At first I caught a small one so I let it go. Then I caught a bigger one. Ingredients I used to make delicious Miniature Fried Shrimp Sandwich For Lunch at home:
1 shrimp(15g shrimp)
1/2 Tbs potato starch
1 egg white
some salt&pepper
1/2tsp chicken stock powder
2 sliced bread

Recipe:
1.Peel and devein shrimp
2.Finely chop the shrimp 80% of the way using a knife
3.In a mixing bowl, add chopped shrimp, starch, egg white, coriander, salt and pepper and mix well until glutinous.
4. Spread the shrimp meat on the bread then place the remaining piece of bread on it. Try to make the shrimp meat not stick out of the bread.
5. Bake in the oven at 130 degrees.
6. Make some salad to go with it to relieve the boredom.
