00:00As a French girl living in Paris, speaking English on the internet is definitely out of my comfort zone
00:05But my dreams are way too big to let that stop me
00:08Sometimes when life doesn't give you what you want, you have to go out and get it yourself
00:13So here I am, my name is Jessica, I've been living in Paris for almost 7 years now
00:17I moved here when I was 17 with big dreams and probably a miniskirt
00:22Obviously nothing went exactly as planned
00:24But one thing about me is that I've always been willing to work for the life I want
00:29I love creating and to fund all my crazy ideas, I've worked a lot of regular 9 to 5 jobs
00:35along the way
00:36And little by little, it started paying off
00:38I've worked in styling, creative direction, became a content creator
00:43And I started getting opportunities I used to dream about
00:46But right now, I feel like I'm entering a completely new chapter
00:49And weirdly enough, it almost feels like I'm starting from zero again
00:53It's really frustrating because I'm still not where I want to be
00:57I haven't reached all my goals yet
00:58And when you've been chasing something for years
01:01Sometimes you lose confidence, you lose motivation
01:04You even start wondering if you're still going in the right direction
01:08So instead of giving up, I decided to look at things differently
01:12Try new things
01:13And apparently speak English on the internet with my very French accent
01:17So if you're discovering me for the first time
01:20Welcome to my new chapter
01:22And I have absolutely no idea where it's going to take me yet
01:26But I have a feeling you're going to want to stick around
