00:07Yeah, quick update, while enjoying the holidays, of course we also were talking in the background
00:16and we've decided to extend the contract with the team, so I'm of course very pleased with
00:22that.
00:23Yeah, the discussions have been good and I mean I feel really at home here, plus you
00:29know, getting to work with Leroy now for over a year, it's been, for me at least, very straightforward
00:34and very enjoyable, so to be able to then agree on the new deal is really nice.
00:53It's definitely been a bit hotter in pre-season, just to get it right, I think you can see
00:58that with everyone.
00:59So it will be a little bit more complicated to get a decent start, but at least I think
01:04it looks like the weather is going to be nice, so that's probably what we need in the beginning,
01:09just to get off the line normal.
01:11It's like a second family for me and of course I came into this team hoping for being able
01:19to win races and that we have won four titles together, plus of course working again towards
01:24that goal, yeah it's something that is of course very exciting and yeah that's why of
01:29course I feel at home here.
01:38You know I'm just very happy with the extension, I hope the team has as well, but no I'm of
01:48course very happy and yeah hopefully we can just keep working together and try to get back
01:53to the top.
02:07Look it's an incredible message of trust that Max is sending us and we take it very seriously,
02:14you know, of course we are grateful for that trust but with that great trust comes great
02:19responsibility for all of us on the campus to provide him with the fastest car in the grid,
02:29that's what we are all trying to do very, very hard to come back to that top spot as
02:35soon as we can and to know that we will have Max driving that effort with us for at least
02:40another four and a half years, give us that incredible additional firing powers that add
02:46to the stability of the team in this next chapter.
