01:15And ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming Mexico's Secretary of Security and Citizens Protection, Omar García Arfuch.
01:27We have strengthened our institutions and changed the way we use intelligence.
01:33With this purpose, the Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum impulsed a constitutional reform and several legal and administrative reform that allowed us
01:43to increase the capacity of the investigation of the Secretary of Security.
01:47And I would like to highlight something extremely important that the President Trump had the President and the President Claudia
