00:22The four ordinary law constituencies: municipalities, districts, departments, regions, and various specialized administrative constituencies.
00:30Until 2015, the canton was an ordinary administrative district, initially the territory for the exercise of justices of the peace.
00:37then, from 1958 onwards, from certain security services,
00:41and abolished as an administrative district following the law of 17 May 2013 to become a district
