दलित सिपाही की मौत का ज़िम्मेदार कौन ? | Who is responsible for Dalit constable's death ?

On 31 October 2019, a Dalit constable named Praveen Kumar Jatav was found dead in Tikri police station of Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat district. While the police say that he committed suicide, villagers and other members of the Dalit community say that he was an act of caste atrocity. While various Dalit organizations have been protesting and asking for an inquiry, the police haven't even filed an FIR yet (as of 16/11/19)

31 अक्टूबर 2019 को उत्तर प्रदेश जिला बागपत के टीकरी पुलिस थाने में प्रवीण कुमार जाटव नाम के दलित सिपाही की मृत्यु हो गयी | जहाँ एक तरफ पुलिस का कहना है कि प्रवीण ने आत्महत्या की, वहीँ उसके परिवार और अन्य संगठनों के अनुसार यह जातीय हिंसा का मामला है | इस मुद्दे पर बहुत से दलित संगठन आवाज़ उठा रहे हैं पर पुलिस ने 16/11/2019 तक कोई ऍफ़.आई.आर. भी दर्ज नहीं की है |
