00:00Looks like the whole neighborhood's lost power.
00:06The hell is that?
00:14We can't leave.
00:18I think that our neighborhood...
00:22...our house...
00:24...our whole street has moved.
00:29Now the hell is that even possible?
00:32I loved it, I loved...
00:34That's what I loved about the script when I first read it, was the family story and that it was
00:39a...
00:39I didn't know exactly where the story was going to go, but once I realized that it was a crazy
00:46dinosaur survival movie,
00:50I was still really impressed that David was writing about this couple and about their relationship and how...
01:01...through whatever's happening in their life, they're unable to talk to each other properly, express themselves properly,
01:06and through fighting for the actual survival of their family, they find each other again.
01:11I really, I loved that, it was very, it was very well written.
01:16What the hell's going on?
01:17Get inside now!
01:22It was a mixture, it was a mixture of a lot of different types of movie magic.
01:27So I had been told when I signed on that they were going to make every effort to do this
01:32practically,
01:33and it was going to be animatronics and puppetry, that didn't happen with this.
01:38So, but we did get really kind and wonderful stuntmen in leotards holding long poles that had dino heads on
01:49them,
01:50sort of prancing across a suburban street.
01:52And the thing that was so amazing was when you saw them and the scene wasn't happening, it looked so
01:57funny.
01:57And then the second David said, action, and you were there in the mindset of the character,
02:02they were the most terrifying things you'd ever seen.
02:04They were like, just creepy and strange.
02:12Gather supplies.
02:13Grab anything you can use as a weapon.
02:19What are we gonna do?
02:24We're gonna survive.
02:27We're gonna survive.
02:30We're gonna survive.
02:38You
