00:36about the institution. So she had great people working for her. I don't think she necessarily
00:43understood how great those people working for her were, but I understand why she didn't understand
00:50what was going on. And I think that the expectation that she should have done comes from people who
00:57don't know what it's like behind palace doors. And I just know enough to know that it would
01:02have completely wrong-footed me.
