00:22to the way that it's going to be done in the future called artificial intelligence.
00:26Fundamentally, what's different about this industry
00:28and this way of doing computing is that the computer is now part of the infrastructure,
00:32like electricity, like the Internet,
00:34and so you have to think about it like it's infrastructure
00:37and build it out accordingly.
00:38Every company will be powered by it.
00:40Every country will build it.
00:41And so we're talking about an extraordinarily significant infrastructure build.
