00:21healing, focusing on the next chapter which I'm very excited about and also I kind of like took
00:29a break from here as well because you know what it's like I mean I'm really proud of myself and
00:34Jack we have managed to put Rafferty first no matter what and also just kind of want to live
00:39our lives being friends after being together 18 years and so any posts that I put up or anything
00:45I share it's not all like a slight on on him I wouldn't do that that's not my style if

00:52to say something I say it so yeah but I was wary of that as well and um but I'm
00:57all good and I'm back
