00:00Hello. I just, gosh, I don't even know where to start. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank
00:08you. The really, really sweet and supportive comments from people, you know, after my stint of Good Morning Britain, the
00:21staff, the team at Good Morning Britain.
00:28You know, I have some issues in doing a show like that, you know, with my mobility, with timing of
00:41my medications, all sorts of issues, with how I dress and what I do and don't show, port catheters and
00:48all the things.
00:49And the staff took that on, embraced it, supported me. I had somebody help me around the studio. You know,
00:56sometimes we have to cross like in 30 seconds.
00:59Richard Madeley, just so understanding. Everybody, everybody, right from the top all the way down at ITV.
01:10The understanding and the inclusivity. I mean, I'm talking about disabilities here. It was just, just amazing.
01:18But why I'm here is to say thank you. You still have those nerves. You still think, can I still
01:23do it?
01:24You still think, can I get my mouth around the words because of the medications, you know, and deciding not
01:36to take one's painkillers because otherwise you go, thank you.
01:41Thank you for all your lovely remarks. I really, really mean it. I was just filling in.
01:45I hope I can do it again. But I just, a shout out to everyone living with chronic illness.
01:52I hope you can have a workplace that supports you as much as ITV and the folks at Good Morning
02:00Britain.
