00:00Hi, I'm Phil Vickery and I'm Winnie Vickery's daughter and we have the
00:03Ivy at Home show because we've done some really cool trips recently. We have.
00:07We went around the world to Alaska and then we've made two films in Cornwall last summer
00:12with fishing and using great summer spring ingredients.
00:17Two dishes we did today, one was a dish that we learned over in America with tacos and
00:22beautiful fish tacos. Papaya and fresh peppers and that sort of thing.
00:26And also we did a raw dish which is more like a sashimi style using the great quality.
00:31Now for me, I love spring, I love summer. It's that you're coming out of winter, it's fantastic
00:37flavours. The first asparagus, the first strawberries, the raspberries, the fish that's coming through,
00:41the fish, crab, the asparagus which I mean I adore. All these things are coming out and
00:46it's such a lovely fantastic time. A lot of bright fresh colours as well, just makes the palette
00:51look so good. And so get you, are you a chef? Well I pick up some things from you, I
00:56find
00:56you, I promise. Although winter's not like cooking, so there we are.
00:58No, why would I cook when I could make him cook, you know?
01:01But joking aside, to me it's the fabulous time of the year, spring or summer I love and
01:06early autumn as well.
